I have noticed that even when manually setting fans to max they are far quieter than they were at max before, I would guess around 70% of power? I have tried reinstalling synapse, I have held down the power button for 40 seconds, I have updated windows, I have checked I have the latest firmware, I have taken the back off and done a good clean of the fans and vents, I have switched between power modes, but I still cannot get it to work. I noticed that with a lot of software on that shows fan speed don't work with razer do I can verify what RPM they are spinning at but it is definitely not max. I am wondering if this is a software issue from synapse 4 / Windows or a hardware issue and something is wrong with the fan sensor or the fans themselves.
If anyone has encountered this issue or has any advice it would be really appreciated.
