Let me assist your with your concern about the swollen battery of your Razer Blade 14. Swollen battery packs may occur when the batteries are exposed to high heat and/or may be due to the aging of battery cells. We advise that damaged or swollen components should not be used. You may also visit this link for your reference. I'd also appreciate if you could send a photo or video showing the issue for me to check it.
