Blade 14 - Won't Power On

My new Blade 14 won't power on. The power adapter has a green LED. The laptop power LED is off. I can get it to blink white if I hold the power button down for a few seconds but, it still fails to power on. I've tried all the recommended troubleshooting steps.This laptop is just a few months old. I have submitted a support ticket already , I just thought someone here might have some magical fix... For the record, the delivery of this laptop was delayed and I was given a 100 dollar credit to the Razer store. I ordered a mouse with that credit which was dead on arrival. These were my first Razer products and my first impression is not wonderful. :slightly_sad:

    Just making sure, did you already try the steps here? Otherwise, it's highly likely a hardware problem.
