Blade 15 2018 advanced model, battery swolen and loosing capacity

I have upgraded my RAM recently and found that there is a slight swell on the battery. It did not seem too scary until I've tried to put the lid back on when I found that I had to press it down a little before I could screw it back on.

Also the battery capacity has gone down by some 25% now, however the last 16% within the past couple of weeks.

I am assuming this could be a little dangerous at some point, right? Does it make sense to open a ticket? I think the laptop is still in warranty (EU and all) and am a little annoyed that after the webcam and mic, which I have used only seldom, now the battery. The latter though is a little more important to me. Any thoughts?
