Blade 15 2018 drivers issue

So I recently uninstalled the nvidia drivers because of a nvidia control panel malfunction, but every attempts to reinstall it have failed. I tried via the device manager, and it says the drivers are up to date, but my games still run on the integrated graphics, and there is no nvidia control panel. I tried vie the nvidia website, but the installer says I have no compatible hardware, even though I selected the exact model (GTX 1060 notebook edition) Geforce experience doesn't work at all (I have the base model) Please help me it's really a pain sorry for my bad english
