Hi, I live in the Netherlands, Now my laptop's battery is swollen but the warranty period has expired. I am wondering can I pay for the repair from Razer official? Can you official help me fix it? Or can I buy a new battery?

Hey there! Thanks for posting your Razer Blade's concern to our support board. Razer is offering an out-of-warranty service/repair, as long as it's not an obsolete model. Please submit a case by clicking this link or send me a PM so I can submit a repair ticket on your behalf.

Hi, I am from India, I am using razer blade 15 advanced (2018), it's now out of warranty is there a way to get my laptop's battery replaced.

Hi there! Razer is not shipping directly in your country. If the laptop was purchased from a reseller, please contact them first and check if they can offer repair assistance. If in case the unit was purchased from the countries where Razer ships products, you need to provide a shipping address from that country so Razer can use it during the RMA/repair request. Feel free to send me a PM or submit a case to our Support Team should you have additional inquiries or need another assistance.
