Blade 15 2020 Base Extreme Rattling | Razer Insider

So roughly one year ago, I had a problem with my Razer Blade 15 Base 2020 making a rattling noise. After cleaning the vents, the noise went away.

Today, the rattling noise came back (I know it’s not dust since I just picked it up from cleaning a week ago), and it is so extreme my whole desk is vibrating from it. It seems to only kick in when the laptop is using a lot of power (I can go to Synapse and turn the fans to max without any rattling noise). I can play games that put less stress on the laptop such as League with no problem or ratling noise. The noise first started while I was playing ToTK (while it was putting stress on my GPU, it was not taking it to the extreme like other games that I play such as Forspoken or Jedi Fallen Order, and my laptop was not overheating as I’m always monitoring the temperature).

Now, this is a rather older laptop, I bought it mid-2020 so it has more than 3 years since I got it, everything still works well except the battery which had to be removed due to swelling and this fan issue, and I’m planning on using this laptop for a longer period of time.

My questions are:
Should I replace my fans? Or is this something that can be fixed?
Is this extreme rattling dangerous for other components in the laptop? Or it is safe to keep playing my games even though my laptop vibrates like a car engine under my arms?
Is there anyone else in Europe who knows where I can order good parts from? It’s difficult to come across proper Razer parts, especially in Eastern Europe.

I want to note that this rattling is not like the slightly louder fans that I see in youtube videos of people showing their “rattling fan noise”, my laptop and desk shake from it, it feels like I’m holding a chainsaw.

EDIT: I turned it off to stop the noise and now it won't turn back on 😕 Pressing the power button does nothing.

Second edit: it turned on after sitting aside for a while. The powerful rattling starts a minute after I turn on the laptop now, no longer requires stress.
