Blade 15 2020 Touchpad - mechanical click | Razer Insider

My 2020 15 Base Blade started having this issue where the mechanical clicking of the touchpad at the base or bottom on both sides become very soft or hard to push down. You have to really strongly press to register a click and while at the early years you could push on the top of the touchpad to register a click it is now impossible.

Anyone had the same issue? Is it fixable by Razer, anyone tried to get it fixed, how much it could be?

Based on your description of the problem it’s highly likely a hardware-related. You can try using a can of compressed air to remove dusts and debris from the trackpad or PM me the serial number so I can validate its model and kickstart a support ticket for us to request a repair. Thank you!
