Subject: Call of Duty Warzone Failed Microsoft Azure Attestation — Razer Blade 15 (2023), RZ09-0485 Dear Razer Support, I am experiencing a persistent Microsoft Azure Attestation failure when playing Call of Duty: Warzone on my Razer Blade 15 (2023), model RZ09-0485, equipped with an Intel Core i7-13800H processor. My system consistently fails the game’s attestation process, resulting in restricted matchmaking. I have already performed extensive troubleshooting: * Restored Windows using the Razer factory recovery environment. * Verified that TPM 2.0 is present, enabled, and ready. * Confirmed that Secure Boot is enabled and Windows is booting in UEFI mode. * Ran the official Call of Duty Secure Attestation Wizard, which reported that the system was compliant. * Tested different network connections and both Steam and Xbox PC versions of the game. * Confirmed that the same Activision account works correctly on another computer. Despite these steps, the attestation failure persists.

To help us further investigate and properly document your case, could you please provide the following information?

2. What BIOS version is currently installed on your Razer Blade 15?
3. Have you made any modifications to the BIOS settings beyond enabling Secure Boot and TPM?
4. Are you receiving any specific error code or message along with the attestation failure? If so, please provide a screenshot of the error.

Additionally, please provide screenshots of the following:
