Hello Razer Support Team,
I am opening this thread under the Razer Support queue to request escalation regarding an Intel PTT / TPM 2.0 attestation failure identical to the issue documented in thread 92172:
https://insider.razer.com/razer-support-45/blade-15-2023-call-of-duty-warzone-tpm-attestation-failure-request-for-bios-firmware-update-92172
I previously posted my system details in the Systems sub-forum (thread 92395), which I am closing in favor of this support thread.
---
### System Details:
* **Model:** Razer Blade 15 (2023) — RZ09-0485
* **CPU:** Intel Core i7-13800H
* **OS:** Windows 11 (64-bit, UEFI Mode, Secure Boot Enabled)
* **BIOS Version:** 2.01
---
### Symptoms:
* Ricochet Anti-Cheat fails the hardware attestation / Azure Attestation handshake when launching Call of Duty: Modern Warfare / Warzone, flagging a failed attestation status and placing the machine into restricted matchmaking pools.
* The issue is isolated strictly to the local hardware attestation on this unit: playing on cloud services (GeForce NOW) or other hardware using the exact same Activision account functions normally without any restrictions.
---
### Standard Troubleshooting Already Completed:
1. **Activision RICOCHET Secure Attestation Wizard:** Ran the official diagnostic wizard tool. The wizard completed and reported that the system passed/cleared the checks; however, launching the actual game title immediately fails attestation at runtime, confirming the game engine's handshake is rejecting the Intel PTT endorsement state.
2. **TPM 2.0 Verification:** Confirmed active in `tpm.msc`. Device status reports *"The TPM is ready for use."*
3. **PowerShell Attestation Check:** Ran `Get-Tpm` and verified system health flags.
4. **Secure Boot:** Verified as active and deployed via `msinfo32`.
5. **Credential / EK Reset:** Cleared TPM ownership via BIOS and Windows to force certificate renegotiation; the attestation failure immediately recurs upon launching the title.
6. **BIOS State:** Factory optimized defaults re-applied; Intel PTT enabled; no non-standard modifications present.

Because the standalone wizard reports clear while the game client fails the live hardware attestation handshake on the current 2.01 BIOS build, I am requesting that this case be escalated to the BIOS/firmware engineering team alongside thread 92172 for a firmware hotfix.
Please let me know where I can send my serial number, case logs, and diagnostic screenshots via PM.
Thank you.
