my battery is swollen to the point that it has broken one of the shafts i bought just 3-4 years ago

hI Mhdiyr,

Swollen battery packs may occur when the batteries are exposed to high heat and/or may be due to the aging of battery cells. We advise that damaged or swollen components should not be used. You may also visit this link for your reference. I'd also appreciate if you could send a photo or video showing the issue for me to check it. You can upload the file to Google Drive and PM me the serial number so I can kickstart a support ticket and verify our options for a battery replacement. Stay safe!
