getting the RMA approved was smooth but everything else is a nightmare. Sent my device back in the middle of feb and the support staff said it would take 5-7 business days. fast forward almost a month and still haven’t received my device. What’s worse is that the return address thats on the RMA is different to the one on the fedex tracker
