I am the original purchaser and bought directly from razer.com July 2021.
 

The trackpad in my 2021 Blade 15 Advanced (RZ09-0409CED3) has been unable to click or move downward at all for over a year.  I finally removed the cover and discovered the battery was so swollen that the it’s preventing the pad from moving.  I had to apply significant force to screw the cover back on.

I need help getting this resolved.

Swollen battery packs may occur when the batteries are exposed to high heat or may be due to the aging of battery cells. We advise that damaged or swollen components should not be used.
