Hello, I have a Razer Blade 15” Advance (mid-2021) w/RTX 3080.  The system stutters and drops frames to single digits for a 1ish second duration every 4 seconds when I play games.  It will also sometimes happen when entering data into Excel.  This has been going on for over a year and I’ve tried but failed to resolve.  Here are the troubleshooting steps I’ve tried:

-Reduce game graphics settings to absolute lowest

-Replace battery (with Razer OEM)

-Update BIOS

-Update all hardware drivers

-Update to latest version of Win 10

-Upgrade to Win10 Pro

-Complete SSD secure erase and clean Win10 install

-Replace SSD (Samsung 990 Pro)

-Replace both RAM sodimms (Kingston, 64gb)

-Disable Intel graphics drivers

-Full erase and clean install of latest Nvidia drivers (JUST drivers, no USB-C or Experience App)

-Enable Maximum Power/Performance in Battery settings

-Disable Windows Defender antivirus

-Disable all cloud syncing and non-critical background processes

 

Nothing resolves the issue.  I have seen posts here and all over Reddit about uninstalling or disabling the Intel UHD driver.  This has no effect and only causes the GPU to run 100% of the time.  A reddit user has had the issue persist across 3 Razer OEM motherboard swaps.

Razer: How can I resolve this?  If it can’t be resolved, what are you going to do to make this right?
