Hi,
I am currently having issues connecting my Rift S to my brand new Blade 15 advanced.
I purchased this adapter from amazon
https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B07YDNSGY2/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o01_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1
and when I go to setup my rift it says the Display Port is not connected.
This adapter has been shown to work on other laptops with the Rift S and this laptop is advertised as being VR Ready. Has anyone found an adapter or a software change that works?
Thanks!

The Razer Blade 15 Advance (2021) model has 1x DisplayPort via USB-C Alt-DP. However, using an adapter would not guarantee or secure the communication between your laptop and VR headset. I've also checked the Oculus Rift S specs and saw that it requires a compatible DisplayPort video and mini DisplayPort (mini DisplayPort to DisplayPort adapter included with Rift S) video output as its minimum specs. By the way, have you tried connecting another USB-C enabled device to your Razer Blade 15 and checked if it is functioning? I’ll be locking this thread now.
