Blade 15 Advanced (2018) Webcam flickers when connected to power

Similar to the issue described in this Reddit thread, my Blade 15 webcam shows consistent image distortion and noise when connected to the included 230W power adapter. It works perfectly fine when disconnected, and external USB webcams are not affected by the power adapter.

Hi! Don't know if you fixed this but I've just spent a month back and forth with support and not even sending the computer to a technician to replace the camera fixed the problem. BUT installing ThrottleStop and ticking "Disable Turbo" did. It seems the problem is connected to that.
