Blade 15” Advanced (2019) | RZ09-0288x TPM service wont start

The event viewer shows a timeout error before some of my bsod and the tpm service will not start ive done sfc /scannow and tried using dism but neither showed any corruptions ive tried wiping the tpm and still wont start but windows hello still functions properly
