I checked everywhere ( almost ) and just could find some thread about this charging issue.
When plugged the laptop could be either charging and on battery ... and switching to one an other every sec / minutes ...
Did all the process stated by the engineer/community manager from this platform but no ... nothing as changed. It is asked then to PM him ... did that ...
Yet my request is to solve the issue. I found some people on youtube having the same pb around the world. Yet I dont have the answer. Could anyone tell me right now what I should do ? Buy a new charging device ? Send my computer back to the retailer ?
I would love to get an answer like this " oh this is a software pb , easy !" ...
If anyone has any clue, i m on it !
