Blade 15 base 2019 turns on and off during startup three times until it boots into windows

Hello. I have a 9750h/1660ti blade 15 base model I bought from amazon a month ago. Sometimes when I turn it on it hangs for a bit and the led indicator starts glowing green on and off. After 5 seconds or so the laptop turns on and off like 2 times showing the razer boot logo until it finally boots into windows. This does not happen on every startup. Its not that frequent. Have any of u experienced this problem? I have seen a similar issue on a reddit post but he said razer support fixed it for him.
