Blade 15 battery issues.

I have a 1060 blade that I battery i bought back in december. It has an issue where it says the battery is charged to 71% but shuts off when I remove the charger. Is there any way to resolve this or does it need shipped back?

    Have you tried reinstalling the Microsoft ACPI-Compliant Control Method Battery via the Device Manager? You can find it under the Batteries tab. In any case, please send me a PM so we can further isolate the issue.
