Blade 15 freezes when downloading / streaming in iTunes

Hello, since about 1 year I have trouble with iTunes on my Blade 15. Whenever I try to download my purchases in iTunes or streaming anything in iTunes, the whole system freezes without any error message and I have no other option than to press and hold the power button to restart. iTunes is working fine on any other machine I have access to, but not on the Blade. I tried already: - reinstalling latest versions of iTunes from Microsoft Store or as desktop version - downgrading to older versions, I went down to 12.4 - reinstalling Windows - establishing a new library - using different library storage loacations and different hard drives (SSD & HDD) - run iTunes as administrator - run iTunes without antivirus software - BIOS update Currently I am using my wife's laptop just to keep my library up to date because on my Blade it is not working. Windows version is 20H2 build 19042.804, but also on older versions iTunes was not working properly. Any help, ideas, suggestions etc are highly appreciated. Greetings from Germany Jan
