Hi. In the imgur album both CPU and GPU show low utilization. Power/clocks also seem adequate. https://imgur.com/a/Nxe4Xdc A video with similar spec, same area, same resolution - stable 60 fps. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6B0Y-m06_q0 FPS jumps 40-55, making input and overall experience bad. Changing settings and resolution doesn't do anything, even lowest preset + 800x600. Things I did so far: -set app to use eGPU in nvidia control panel -set app to use eGPU in system/display/graphics -set power mode to "best performance" -test GPU with MSI Kombustor, it can reach 100% utilization Razer Blade 15 Mid 2019-base RTX 2060 i7 9750H 16gb ram 512.77 driver Windows 11 Home 10.0.22000 Note, I am running my laptop without battery (it was swollen so I removed it). Someone suggested this might be caused by the power limit (doesn't seem to go higher than 80w). Power sliders are disabled in msi afterburner (by bios?).

I will create a case and forward this to our RMA Team for a replacement battery request. PM me the serial number of your laptop so I can validate its model specifications and help me start a case. I will lock this thread to curb our conversation privately.
