Blade 15 : my brand new laptop's battery won't even last two hours | Razer Insider

I just got a brand new Razer blade 15, and the battery drain is terrible.



Here is a screenshot taken with HWInfo. Please note that I was not doing anything on the laptop at that time, I had just Google Chrome opened, and a couple of other small applications (no game, not video editing, nothing of that kind...).



The screen was set with the brightness as low as possible.



Windows was configured to save as much power as possible.

I can't figure out what s the cause of this, please help!
Have you tried leaving it for a few hours to charge properly? For now, you can try to follow the steps on this page to improve its battery life. Should the problem, PM me the serial number of your device. I can use it to verify its model and look for other possible solutions.
