Blade 15, nothing happens when I close the lid.
Hi everyone,
For a while now, my Razer Blade 15 2019 has an issue where nothing happens when the lid is closed. It should at least turn the screen off, however the screen remains on as if some sensor is not working correctly. I've already checked every power option and I even did a clean reinstall of windows. I've downloaded every driver from Razer's support page, however nothing seems to work. I would greatly appreciate any help.

What happens when you change the power configuration?
If you are using Windows, Go to Start -> Control Panel -> Power options -> Choose what closing the lid does
Try changing the "When I close the lid" configuration to Sleep and see what happens.
If there is a change to how the laptop behave, at least you will know that the lid sensor will detect the closure of the lid.
