Hi



My Blade 15 has just started to not register random keys when pressed. D,4,5,K,O are not registering when pressed but all other keys are working fine. Is this a known issue or been seen before? I cannot understand the reason for this. Ive installed all the drivers and as mentioned the other keys work fine so this feels like a hardware failure to me. Nothing has happened that i know of that could cause this, its on my desk everyday and doesnt move. Im hoping this is a simple fix but ive tried the obvious things , drivers, reboots, reinstalled Windows but still the same issue and same keys not responding. I think its out of warranty now so cannot get support from warranty.



Any advice is appreciate.
