When I run a game, the display looks to switch to the GPU. However an error pops up to say it failed to switch, with a dialogue stating "Applications blocking display switching" listing iCloud.exe (and other iCloud related processed such as photo stream if applicable) apparently stopping it switching. Once I closed iCloud via task manager, the display seems to switch smoothly between 60hz iGPU to 240hz DGPU. Any reason why iCloud would stop advanced optimus from working? I would rather not have to close iCloud every time I want to game. This is with the latest drivers installed from Geforce experience and all windows drivers updated.

Interesting. Do you get the same results with and without an Apple device connected, and do you mind listing the games you tested so far? I'd appreciate it if you can send me the serial number of the laptop as well.
