Blade 15's lid is not closing properly with case file from live chat

The blade 15 I am having right now has a problem with the lid not closing properly. The case number is 200821-000886. I am wondering if anyone is having the same issue, if so, how can you solve this issue? If any officer found this thread, please let me know if I can have a live chat again.
