Blade 16 (2023) RTX 4080 is slow, hot, venting, even after factory reset

Question

My Razer Blade (2023) RZ09-0483, is running hot (about 100 Degrees Celsius), is venting high, running slowly, without doing anything besides running Windows. Terminate synapse helps a little. I have done factory reset with the Razer recovery-stick; installed latest BIOS & Firmware from razor homepage, intalled latest updates by windows update & Drivers by intel, as well as NVIDIA.  Is there a way to reset & reintall Bios & all firmware?  The updater (program) just says, there are all components up to date. However, it seems to be a problem of Bios, the firmware or synapse. But I don´t know exactely. Terminating several processes like synapse and so on, helps. But only for running idle, gaming is still impossible.  Please help me. Thank you.
