Blade 16 (2023) takes 2-3 minuites to startup windows

Hi, I’m using a Blade 16 2023 with RTX4080 and whenever I boot the system up, it takes a very long time to bootup, and still lags so bad.

It usually takes more than 2 minuites to get the system fully up and running.

After the windows log-in chime, it takes like 30 seconds or so to get the screen turned on, and a few moments more until windows hello turns on (and sometimes it fails to turn on and requires me to log in by password, and it lags while I type the passwords in).

When I then get in to Windows, as I try to move my mouse cursor it sttuters to a degree that I can’t do anything but just to wait until the system is operational. It usually takes a minuite or more to be able to move my cursor with the trackpad. Oddly in this situration if I use my mouse that is connected to the device via usb dongle, the mouse sttuter is gone, but still every thing on screen is unclickable. The clicking animation doesnt work, and all the clicks and shortcut hotkeys (windows+R, ctrl+shift+esc, etc) comes back after one or two minutes of wait, just like my cursor issue.

My laptop was always plugged into the wall when I experienced this, but it was more heavily lagging when in battery mode. To solve this problem I tried dsim restore health, updating every possible drivet up to date, and tried re-installing Windows several times, but after a few days it comes back to the same state.

I tested out if a third party app could be making this issue, and tried installing a program, booting it up several times to see if its the problem, but found nothing to be a problem and after a few windows updates the same problem comes up again and again.

My local Razer customers service said they couldn’t find any hardware issues to the system, making me more puzzled of why this is occuring to my system.

They did say that there was one similar customer having the same issue with a Blade 18 4090, and so I came here to find and ask for someone who has had a similar issue with their Blade(s).

It’s been a hell of a month and a half trying to find a solution.

Is there anyone who can relate?
