Blade 16 2023 Thunderbolt Port | Razer Insider

Hello again Razer support team,

I'd like to start by mentioning that I am a frequent customer of your products. This is my fourth Razer Blade Notebook, and I also own Razer keyboards, chairs, mice, and various peripherals. I studied Systems Engineering and Computers, so I'm knowledgeable about the subject matter. My computer was purchased just over a couple of months ago from Amazon, and everything was working perfectly. However, a few days ago, the Thunderbolt port on the right side of the notebook stopped functioning. It doesn't recognize any devices, such as USB thumb drives, hard drives, or even my external monitor. There are no hardware faults indicated in the device manager. I have already restored the system to its factory image, but the issue persists. I suspect the problem lies at the hardware level. Can I bring it to the Razer Store in San Francisco for assistance? It's a $4000 machine, and it's inconceivable for it to fail within a couple of months. Additionally, the notebook screen has a significant amount of bloom effect. The machine is up to date with all BIOS, touchpad, and panel updates.

I was wondering if it's possible to take it to the Razer Store in San Francisco for them to check it out and see what options they can give me

I look forward to your response.
