Dear Members,

My Razer Keyboard or Mouse are connected to Razer Blade 16 (2024) through a USB Hub and it is causing intermitted freezes of mouse and keyboard input while gaming. These freezes take 1-2 secs and occur every 10-20 secs.

I opened an incident on this to Razer Support in March 2024, I have done all troubleshooting steps but haven’t received a solution yet. (Please don’t recommend basic fixes, like install latest drivers or connect laptop to power outlet...)

Both mouse and keyboard are working properly if they are connected directly to Razer Blade 16 (2024)

I am wondering if anyone here who has Razer Blade laptop has the same issue. It is actually easy to try:

• connect mouse and keyboard and Razer laptop through an arbitrary USB Hub
• start any game which is demanding on GPU and play 10-20 minutes
• check if intermittent freezes in mouse movement or keyboard input occur
