Blade 18 2023 short battery life

Dear Sir or Madam,

I own a Razer Blade 18 2023 where the battery only lasts about 45 minutes—this has been the case since I got it. Upon closer inspection, I noticed that the power consumption during battery operation occasionally spikes dramatically—from around 25 watts to 950 watts in HWinfo. Despite this, the laptop indicates a remaining runtime of approximately four minutes even though it is still 80% charged.
 

 

 


 

I reinstalled the computer today in hopes that it might resolve the issue, but unfortunately, it did not.

Could you please advise me on how I can investigate this problem further?

Thanks for sharing your concern here. I'm sorry to hear about your Razer Blade 18" (2023) battery-draining issue. Have you tried performing battery calibration on your laptop? It might help to drain the battery to 0% and then let it recharge to 100%. Please also try to do the following steps from the article to improve or extend the battery life of your laptop.
