Blade 18 sav help

Hi, so i will make it short, 3 weeks ago i sent my razer blade 18 to the sav, they wanted to "repair" (think : change) things that doesn't needed to be changed and making me pay a whooping 800€ repair, but i need only the cable that is between the screen (a brand new screen btw, so working and not broken) and the pc (the pins of the cable were endommaged, keep in mind the pc is onlly 1 year old too. Now they were answering maybe once per day, and now it's been 3 days since i have an update on my case, and i got no news for my case so it's really great, thinking that i pay 3k for a pc to have such a useless help. Publied a review too, got their bot answering that they were so so sorry and to send them an email, wich i did just to test, and to no surprise, 5 days later still no answer. So maybe someone here can help me solved this mess. Thanks.
