Blade 2017 overheatings fans dont work

So I have a blade 2017 out of warranty, and recently the fans have stopped working, I already checked the fans they are fine, but the onboard headers are not supplying any current, leading to the system to overheat and lockup rather quickly after boot. Short of buying a replacement motherboard on ebay for far more than the laptop's worth does anyone have any suggestions.
