Blade 2020 15 Base OLED Fan Noise

The problem is the fans are active even when the laptop isn't doing much. The constant noise while browsing the web or editing a spreadsheet is very annoying. Of course, I expect the fans to spin up under a high workload but should be silent under a light load. The laptop is only 6 months old and has been like this since new. Bios is up to date with 1.06. I suspect the fix would be a software or BIOS or embedded controller firmware update. Anyone having any luck with this issue?

    Have you tried performing the steps on this page? Should the issue persists, PM me the serial number of your device along with a screenshot of your MSinfo32.
