When I turn my laptop on, it will turn on just fine. But after a few seconds it will turn off.

I assume the problem is with the battery but I can't find anywhere to purchase a new battery.

What can I do?

I'm having similar issues too. The PC goes off when unplugged despite troubleshooting and reinstalling the drivers from device manager. How can i confirm my warranty status for replacement or refund? 


Thanks. However, i have already logged the complaint with Razer support on case number: 230511-000297 for your reference. I have provided the information requested including App/system log and  battery/energy report. I'll really appreciate if you can help me FasTrack this process. My PC is only 10 months old.
