Blade stealth 2019 can't install Intel xtu

I'm trying to under volt the blade stealth 2019 cpu. I attempted to install Intel extreme tuning utility but when installing the xtu installer is saying "This device is a unsupported platform" and it fails to install. Anyone have any idea how to fix it?

    You won't be able to install Intel XTU on the RBS 2019. This is by design.
