Hi there,
I've had my blade stealth 13 for about 3 years now and I really do like it a lot. But lately the battery has started to bulge and it can't hold a charge even for 30 seconds as I move it from one room to another. Obviously it needs to be replaced, so I went to the Razer support chat to request it to be repaired, but since my serial number indicated that my warranty expired they would not even connect me to a support rep. What? I'm well aware that my warranty is expired and am expecting to pay for the replacement (it's FAR cheaper than buying a new laptop after all), but why the heck won't it even let me start the conversation? Does Razer not offer any repairs - even fully paid ones - after warranty???
Thanks,
Brad

You can send the laptop in for repair, but you will be subject to diagnostic and repair fees. PM me the serial number of your RBS so I can start a repair ticket on your behalf. I'll take it from there.
Razer.CazielI also have a bulging-battery issue with my out-of-warranty Razer Blade Stealth 13.

How can I just get an official replacement battery shipped to me? I will pay for part and shipping. I do not want to ship the laptop in for repair because it may take forever, and it is currently in active work-usage.
I see in other forum posts it's normal Support won't respond.
Thank you for your attention.
Edit:
*Removed ticket number from public view.
@NuShrike As much as I would like to help you, we do not ship out parts for our systems. Do send me your ticket number via PM so I can check what's causing the holdup.
