Blade will not use GPU for games, can’t fix

So to be brief. I downloaded doom eternal last week, it updates my drivers and I played it and it was running slow as hell, even on low. I spent hours playing with settings but ultimately I got fed up and refunded it. now every game I own is running slow, the graphic intensive ones anyway. I can barely run a game ( the game I’m using to test is mirrors edge catalyst, I used to be able to run it at Hyper at 80-100FPS) now it can’t even run on medium... Things I’ve tried: - uninstalling and reinstalling the nvidia drivers - reset windows 10 - manually change the settings in nvidia desktop - made sure the settings were set to gaming in the razor software. (though that seems to have disappeared after my rest) I am at a complete loss and not pleased obviously as the laptop is expensive. Any help would be very appreciated. thank you
