BladPro RZ09-01663 Battery issue

2017 Blade Pro RZ09-01663 series I have searched and went through all the steps necessary to 'resolve' the issue of battery not charging while plugged in without any resolution. Nothing will work. After uninstalling the microsoft acpi-compliant control method battery driver and rebooting the computer, the icon indicates the battery is charging and as soon as the cursor brushes against the icon, it turns to 'plugged-in' icon. The problem begins again. If there are other ways to resolve this, that would be great... Please help! Thank you!!!
