I’ve been dealing with the A “Space” T and “Enter” Keys all failing to function and requiring multiple hits and then it fires 2 or 3 . Can we get a fix?

Hi tallsniper,

When did the issue start occurring? Were there any incidents that happened to your keyboard prior to the issue? Is there any noticeable damage from the device? Please perform the troubleshooting steps laid out below to resolve the problem.

  1. Clean your keyboard from dirt or debris.
  2. Connect your keyboard directly to the PC and not a USB hub.
  3. Test your keyboard with a different USB Port.
  4. Get the latest Windows update.
  5. Update the firmware of your keyboard.
  6. Check if a software is causing the issue by closing all Razer apps and other keyboard configuration software.
  7. If closing Razer Synapse fixed the issue, reinstall your keyboard drivers, and perform a clean reinstall of Razer Synapse.
  8. Check if the issue persists with a different PC without the Raze Razer Synapse.

If you need further help, PM me your Razer BlackWidow V4 serial number and proof of purchase so I can check for a replacement options. Save the shareable files via any online drive account listed here. Have a good one!
