Dear Razer Support Team,
I just had to remove the Battery from my 2019 Razer Blade RTX 2070. Because it has started to push to mouse pad out of the chassis.
The question is now how can I get a replacement battery? My laptop is no longer covered by Razer warranty, but since I bought it in Germany, under German law the manufacturer is liable for defects in the first 2 years of operations "Gewährleistungspflich".
Kindly advice me on the options I have.

Razer does not sell batteries or laptop parts as a replacement. However, Razer is offering service/repair, as long as your laptop is not part of our obsolete products. Have you submitted a case? If not, please click this link or send me a PM so I can submit it on your behalf.
