Can’t seem to find a place to submit a ticket to you so am on here.
I have a 2019 Razer Pro 17” laptop and as you can imagine over time the battery swells up and I am in need of replacing it as it has significatly distorted to bottom structure of the Laptop
It is the exact Laptop that is connected with my account.
I’ve had a look online and it states that i need to go to a specific razer technition but also doesn’t given options to where they are in my area/ country. And I cannot find any replacement batteries on the Razer website.
