Please note that the Razer Insider does not support your preferred language. Please post your inquiry or concern in English across all boards. Upon checking, your Razer account is still active. To isolate the issue, please try the steps below:
1. Ensure your mobile device has a good internet connection. If possible, refresh or reset your network.
2. Restart your device.
3. Sign out and then sign back into your Razer Gold Account.
4. Clear your browsing history, including cache files and cookies.
5. Try using a private browser in Private or Incognito mode.
