Blue Color wont work on F12 Key top LED

I am having an issue with my keyboard's F12 keys top LED . it cannot display any blue color/Very very dim. and for some other colors that needs B in RGB , it misplaces to some other color. Also the keys below F12 which are = and ] and ' flickers sometimes with blue when i hit the fn key. this happened out of the blue while i was working. is this a software issue or a hardware failure or is there any fix for this. I have reinstalled all the razer softwares and updated all the drivers and OS on my laptop. i'm using the Razer Blade 17 late 2019 btw
