Blue deathadder weird behavior

Hi, my mouse is kind of weird. Out of the blue, couple of months ago it simply stopped working on my mousepad except for 5% where there is some logo in green. Googled a bit, cleaned mousepad etc. No improvement. Opened mouse to see if there was a wire loose or something with the laser sensor. No improvement. Started googling again today, something about dpi settings was mentioned, so I click on the button that's underneath, nothing. See if I can reset, hold 10s l, no improvement. Downloaded the razer synapse thing to see anything about errors or dpi options, and now I'm stuck again with a mouse that worked fine for a month or so and now only works on 3cm³. Looking for some help. Thank you.
