Blue Tooth issues on Nari Ultimate

Hey! I recently got a Razer Nari Ultimate and I love it. But I just had one issue with the bluetooth connection. It has an advertised 12 meter range but I struggle for 2 meters. Sometimes when im sitting at my desk the connection randomly goes for a second and makes the really annoying beep sound. All my drivers are up to date and I have tried moving the dongle to another USB slot but it just made it worse. Is there any trouble shooting I can do to possible help. If not am I able to use my own Bluetooth dongle as I have a very good one for my keyboard

    This fixed the random disconnections but the range is still really short

    Wait, I moved the dongle onto a 1m extension cable and for whatever reason, physically moving the dongle 30cm means I can get the full 12 meters. This does mean I cant use my keyboard on wireless mode though
