I was using my bluetooth mouse no problem along with my bluetooth earbuds one day on my laptop (Razer Blade 15 base model 2020), and then the next day, nothing would happen. I went into my settings to see that for all my connected devices, it says “bluetooth is turned off”. However, the option to toggle between turning bluetooth on and off has disappeared. I went into device manager, and it does not show up there, but it will only show up when I select “show hidden devices”. There is no way of getting it back onto my laptop properly from this point however. When a run a troubleshoot, it says “device does not have bluetooth”. I tried to install new drivers, and nothing happened. What should I do to remedy this?
