Bluetooth hello kitty headphones being static, and the Bluetooth keeps disconnecting or reconnecting on its own

So I hadn’t gotten this new headset for my birthday and it was the Bluetooth hello Kitty Kraken headphones and I hook it up to my PC like I get it. Bluetooth connected and it’s crackly like it sounds like there’s a robot a distorted robot talking or any type of noise and to other people, I sound like a distorted robot. I’ve tried fixing this multiple times different ways and nothing’s working. Oh, and every second or minute, it will go disconnected, connected and repeat
