Bt was working just fine but all of a sudden it stopped, i dont have the button anymore and if i try to connect manually from settings it says “Couldnt connect”
I’ve tried different solutions from youtube and even Microsoft support took remote access of my laptop to check the issue and they told me i need to the manufacturer (Razer) for the BT driver
Does anyone know what to do or how to get help to he resolve the issue?

Hi, i have the same problem since 2 weeks on my razer blade 15 advanced model and the only thing to do is “press button off 10 second and turn on you pc is like a reboot and it’s working for me, but it can happen again every day so it’s very annoying !! if you find the solution tell me
I have the same problem. I already installed the latest Bt driver from Intel but no difference. i honestly think that the Bluetooth module is broken.
